Ritual Policy

When you invest in a ritual, I commit to giving your working my full attention and intention.

To make sure you feel supported, I offer:

• One complimentary reinforcement of your ritual, if needed, 30 days after the initial ritual.
• After the reinforcement, if you still don't feel connected to the work or supported by it within 90 days of your original ritual, you can request a refund (see "Refunds & Satisfaction Promise" below).

This policy exists so you're not left wondering or worrying. You know I will reinforce the ritual once for you, and there is a clear path to a refund if things still don't feel right.

Please note: I do not perform rituals for harmful, manipulative, or unethical purposes. All work is rooted in ethical, benevolent energy and the intention of the highest good.

Tarot Reading Policy

For every tarot reading, my goal is to offer clear, grounded insight that genuinely supports you.

To help with this, I offer:

• One free follow-up question for each reading, so you can get extra clarity or go a little deeper on the topic we explored.
• If, after your follow-up and some time to reflect, the reading still doesn't resonate or feel meaningful to you within 90 days of delivery, you can request a refund (see below).
  
  

Refunds & Satisfaction Promise

I want you to feel safe investing in this work, while also being honest that no one can guarantee specific outcomes. My promise is about your experience and sense of support.

For Rituals:

• You may request one free reinforcement 30 days after your initial ritual if you don't feel connected to the work or supported by it.
• If, after the reinforcement, you still feel no meaningful shift in how supported, connected, or at peace you feel with the work within 90 days of your original ritual, you may request a full refund.

For Tarot Readings:

• Every reading includes one free follow-up question for additional clarity.
• If, after your follow-up and reflection, the reading still doesn't resonate or bring clarity within 90 days of delivery, you may request a refund.

How to request a reinforcement or refund:

• Email me at freya@wildwoodwitchbyfreya.com with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of what you're experiencing.
• I'll review your request and respond as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

This promise is my way of honouring your trust while being honest about the nature of spiritual and energetic work.
