• Each ritual is performed with full dedication and intention to support your hopes and align with your energy.
• If additional energetic support is needed, you are entitled to one complimentary reinforcement within 30 days of your initial ritual.
• If, after the reinforcement, you still don't feel connected to or supported by the work within 90 days of your original ritual, you may request a full refund as part of my satisfaction promise.

7. Refunds and Satisfaction Promise 💫

For Rituals:

• You may request one free reinforcement 30 days after your initial ritual if you don't feel connected to or supported by the work.
• If, after the reinforcement, you still feel no meaningful shift in how supported, connected, or at peace you feel with the work within 90 days of your original ritual, you may request a full refund.

For Tarot Readings:

• Every reading includes one free follow-up question for additional clarity.
• If, after your follow-up and reflection, the reading still doesn't resonate or bring clarity within 90 days of delivery, you may request a refund.

How to Request a Reinforcement or Refund:

Email me at freya@wildwoodwitchbyfreya.com with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of what you're experiencing. I'll review your request and respond as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

This promise is about your experience and sense of support. I cannot ethically promise specific outcomes or control free will, and no one can.

• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): Closed
