I'm Freya, the heart and hands behind this little corner of enchantment. I was born and raised in a remote part of Ireland, where ancient lands and their quiet, powerful energies shaped my path from the beginning. Spirituality is woven into my roots – I come from a line of gentle practitioners who used nature's gifts to guide, protect, and support.

Feeling Everything, From The Beging

From a very young age, I knew I was different. I could feel the emotions and energies of people and places so strongly it was almost like they were my own. That deep sensitivity became a guiding force in my life. Over time, I learned to channel it – to listen, to interpret, and to work with those energies instead of being overwhelmed by them.

That gift is now at the core of my ritual work and readings. It allows me to connect deeply with my clients, sense what they truly need beneath the surface, and create workings that honour their unique energy. No two rituals or readings are ever the same.

For as long as I can remember, ritual work has been part of my daily life. It began with simple rituals and small ceremonies, guided by the wisdom passed down through my family. As word spread, I worked for friends, then friends-of-friends, and eventually for people I'd never met in person – just souls who needed support.

That path led me to open my Etsy shop, Wildwood Witch, where I completed over 25,000 rituals and readings for people all around the world. Each one was a story, a heart, a hope placed in my hands – and I treated every single one with care and respect.

For many years, my spiritual work lived on Etsy under the name Wildwood Witch. What started as working for friends and friends-of-friends grew into a full shop almost overnight. In my first year I completed over 13,000 orders, and by the time my shop closed I had delivered more than 25,000 rituals and readings with a 4.8/5 star average.

When Etsy changed its policies around metaphysical services, my shop was suspended. It was painful and confusing at first – but in hindsight, it became a turning point. That moment pushed me to create my own sacred space: Wildwood Witch by Freya, a home that isn't subject to shifting marketplace rules, where I can work more deeply, more ethically, and with even more care for the people who find me.

Along the way, my work has been featured in places like BuzzFeed and the French magazine Usbek & Rica, where they shared my journey from working for family, to Etsy, to building my own platform as a spiritual practitioner focused on ethical energy work and real-world support.
