• Each spell is cast with full dedication and intention to align with your desires.
• If additional energy alignment is needed, you are entitled to one complimentary recast within 30 days of the initial spell casting.
• If, after the recast, you do not experience the intended results within 60 days, you may request a full refund as part of my commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Each tarot reading is designed to provide clarity and insight into your situation.
• After receiving your initial reading, you are entitled to one free follow-up question for further clarification.
• If the reading does not resonate or bring clarity within 60 days, you may request a refund.

• Spell Castings: If results are not experienced within 60 days following a recast, you may request a full refund.
• Tarot Readings: If the reading does not resonate within 60 days after the follow-up question, a refund may be requested.
• To initiate a refund or request a recast, please contact me at freya@wildwoodwitchbyfreya.com with the details of your concern. Refund requests made after 60 days will not be accepted.

• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Closed
• Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
